About OurFans

OurFans is a platform that connects football fans with professional players through live, one-on-one video sessions with real-time speech-to-speech translation. By using OurFans, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legal agreement between you and OurFans. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

User Obligations

As a fan, you agree to: provide accurate account information, maintain the security of your login credentials, use the platform respectfully and in accordance with these terms, and pay for sessions you book. As a player, you agree to: honour scheduled sessions, behave professionally during video calls, and comply with payout terms. Both fans and players must be at least 18 years of age to use the platform.

Session Recording

All video sessions on OurFans are recorded. Recordings are the property of OurFans under a work-for-hire arrangement. By participating in a session, you consent to being recorded. Recordings may be used for quality assurance, dispute resolution, and content moderation. Upon account closure, session recordings associated with your account are retained in accordance with our data retention policy.

Payment Terms

Fans fund their account via fiat currency deposits. Session costs are deducted from your account balance. Refunds are available only in cases where a session did not take place due to a platform or player-side failure — refunds for completed sessions are not available. Player payouts are processed via Stripe Connect in accordance with the payout schedule. OurFans reserves the right to withhold payouts in cases of suspected fraud or terms violation.

Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited: harassment or threats directed at any user, hate speech or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, or sexual orientation, sexually explicit content or nudity, impersonation of another person or entity, spam or unsolicited commercial communications, and any attempt to circumvent platform safety measures including ban evasion. Violations may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure.

Limitation of Liability

OurFans provides the platform on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect translation accuracy, or specific outcomes from sessions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OurFans shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to OurFans in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales for any disputes arising under these terms, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction provide otherwise.

Dispute Resolution

We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any disputes informally. If informal resolution is not possible, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration. Small claims may be brought in local courts of competent jurisdiction. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
